ehhee.. got some comments to make if not, juz might change ur mind on the location.

overclocking, case modding, exotic rigs/components.
have products and stocks to cater enthusiasts, for example, stock in watercooling parts from dangerden and swiftech.
stock DFI mobos and OCZ rams. (or any other product brand which gives ethusiast level performance.
another idea is to have a lan gaming section there, 5-10 high end exotic computers maybe? at a dark but exoticly lighted setting, with a big banner saying 'EXTREME MACHINES : ONCE BROKEN CONSIDERED SOLD'.. and a electronic high score board(some sort like that, huge plasmas for a crowd to view the battles as well).. yeahh, put some mad lcd displays and some mad desktop combos for users. =)
