How to upgrade Android 1.5 to 1.6, I can't download google goggles.

Hi everyone, I've root my htc hero with custom rom, MoDaCo Custom ROM 2.3 Core but my Firmware version is still the original 1.5. How to upgrade the OS from 1.5 to 1.6? I can't download Google Goggles application because it needs 1.6 version.
One more thing, since I root my hero, the Google Map application is missing. Can anyone help me? Thanks |

There is no such thing as Android 1.6 for HTC Hero. HTC skipped version 1.6 for Hero and is developing straight for Android 2.0
