I remember that there is actually a way to check whether a number is under digi or not (but you can't check what other telco they are attached to). I just forgot the method.

The DiGi link can only use to check if the number is on DiGi.
Then there is this link that can check if the person is on the same telco as you, regardless you are on any telco.
