QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Apr 21 2010, 06:09 PM) Whoops! My bad. I need to sleeeeeeeep. You should seriously look at improving Smart Plan FAQ. 1) What is the speed? Previous smart plan was 1Mbps. Now? 2) Is there a tenure of 3 months if we just take the plan & decide to terminate the next day? Previously had....

QUOTE(splinter @ Apr 22 2010, 05:29 PM) Just got my iphone this morning but after 6hours my line still no yet activated... so how long it take actually? any idea? Line should be active almost immediately if registered at DiGi Centre/Counter. Only the internet sometimes takes 24 hours for you to use. U port in?

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Apr 23 2010, 10:27 AM) Is your line activated yet? If not, send me a PM. For any FAQs related to DiGi products, let me know and I'll try my best to korek for you the answer. Updates for digi website is sometimes a little slow, coz we're not using a content management system... The FAQs are located in 'support': http://www.digi.com.my/internet/smartplan/support.htmlThe new Smart Plan no tenure if we just take the plan right? e.g. if I subscribe today & decided to unsubscribe tomorrow, can right? Coz the previous smart plan got tenure of 3 months & penalty of RM200 if terminate during that time frame.

@SweetPuff Blackberry plan is really confusing. If I was subscribed to RM58 before for 1 year contract, can I upgrade to RM68? The consultant from Digi said cannot. Facebook said can. Then d'chat said also can. One of the forummer here tried converting but then got call from backend that the plan cannot be upgraded because under contract why it this plan so confusing? FAQ also no info. I am very sure that many of DiGi staffs don't know the answer for this either....

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 29 2010, 06:07 PM) DiGi 58 is a standalone plan, whereby you need to attach it with other DiGi postpaid plan. DiGi Smartplan doesn't require that as it already comes with voice, SMS and other services. standalone = independent. (can stand alone) Why do you need to attach it to other plan when it is a standalone?

QUOTE(MNet @ May 4 2010, 06:16 PM) It say if you use under 200,for example 100 then you need pay 75. If you use 300,then you need to pay 0 which mean free It doesnt work that way. If you use e.g. RM100 (total including RM68), then you will get discount on the RM68. So you only need to pay RM51 for the internet instead of RM68. If you use e.g. RM300 (total including RM68), then you only pay for your usage = RM232

QUOTE(MNet @ May 4 2010, 06:29 PM) Do u mean if i only use it for data then the fee will be fix 68 every month? Yes, correct. QUOTE(Cynox @ May 4 2010, 06:56 PM) This doesn't sound logic since the max user should pay is only RM68. Sound more logic. So if my usage is RM100, in the end I only need to pay RM83? Any official answer from Digi staff? Yes, only RM83. Confirmed by DiGi maniac who knows better than DiGi staff Maniacs like me are the one who teach DiGi staff that it is possible to upgrade from RM58 to RM68 even when it is tied under contract.

QUOTE(soul2soul @ May 8 2010, 10:20 AM) Please give us an update. I was just about to sign up for Digi Iphone.... You will not be able to judge things by hearing 1 side. The person who complains (above) is also not giving sufficient details. For postpaid numbers, the consultants will only be able to check the charges once the bill is out. So postpaid users, you can dispute once your bill is out. It is true that sometimes it may take a little time for the calls/sms to reflect in OCS. Added on May 8, 2010, 10:31 amQUOTE(HyourinMaru @ May 8 2010, 02:56 AM) Is anyone know where can get Digi customer service part time job in KL area? Customer service ? You mean in contact centre? QUOTE(techmostwanted @ May 8 2010, 02:36 PM) what kind of info u expect me to give? all calls and sms details or how about my ocs login + my own sim card? im already not happy with digi now and yet ur not helping, im seeking answers here. latest update: i didn make any calls and SMS since 1.30am, coz after that i slept. then when i woke up, i checked in 128*1*1 becomes RM3.15! my ocs login, since ppl complain i didn put much details. here is the printscreen. and fyi, i started using DIGI on thursday only 06 -05-2010 5pm++. hope this info helps. TOTAL ONLY RM1.75! how come 128*1*1 shows RM3.15??? This amount will get much bigger if it keeps on adding "ghost charges" till the end of the month. Instead of setting call type to "originating", set it to "all" dammit

QUOTE(whoopa @ May 10 2010, 08:17 AM) techmostwanted pls be calm. anyways OCS and the *128*1*1*1# is totally diff de. OCS will not be updated that fast. the 128 de will be the most updated. second of all the OCS u must put all instead or originating. cos i think u may have done other things. if you really get these "ghost charges" best if you cancel it He didn't do proper search in OCS. His screenshot is proof. Ppl like that is really crap. Blaming DiGi for his own mistake.

QUOTE(uhlaw @ May 11 2010, 04:28 PM) Can I request DiGi to reset my network? Something wrong with the MMS... No matter how many time I activate it in *128#, it still the same "inactivate" That one is to activate MML actually. Just ignore that because by default MMS is already active for all numbers. QUOTE(uhlaw @ May 11 2010, 04:36 PM) More worse... I called them many times already.. and they never understand what I'm talking about. Lastly they transferred my call to their technician... but technicians are always busy, no picking up my call Are you serious? They cannot transfer call to techies. They can only create a report & the techies will get back to you Added on May 11, 2010, 7:33 pmQUOTE(uhlaw @ May 11 2010, 05:10 PM) Ya, it's not setting problem. I can 101% confirm about that If it's related to network problem, we also can't do anything about it Hmm, bad time for you. So what the techie suggested you to do ? Until now not solved?
