good morning all.. i just want to ask.. recently i changed my DiGi prepaid to DiGi postpaid.. When i look at my online bill, I saw a charge amount RM3.00 and stated there "A Value added service".. I just curious what is the value added service are.. And how can i get rid of it because it has charged me RM15.00 for previous month.. thanks in advance..

Hey folks,
I have registered the Digi line about 10 am today at KLCC. Now i am able to use the line to make calls and etc. The thing is, i want to register online customer service, but when i tried to register, i could not login due to some reason i don't know. Normally, do you need to few a day to register or you can straight away register the OCS? Will call Digi Customer Service representative later to speed up the registration process |

i dunoe la so far wat i acheieved my dl rate from edge max is around 30kbps
