Like I said. We are officially only supporting DiGi to DiGi video calls at the moment. If you're making video calls to the other networks... if it works, good for you. If not, well then, sorry!

Is DiGi planning to improve their EDGE/3G network in this short time?Seems like everywhere I go 3G is unavailable & even EDGE network hard to find.

EDGE coverage is pretty much as it is at the moment. But definitely we're gonna use our resources to expand 3G.

If you have coverage issues, just send me a PM. I'll get some guys to look at it. One thing good about DiGi from my own personal perspective is that we do listen to customers (most of the time!).

As for postpaid roadshows, it's all blackberry related at the moment. I'll let you guys know if I hear anything.

i filed a complaint to them last week. today some1 from digi called me at 5pm.. saying that they are aware of my case and decide to switch my plan back to digi campus.

pls do be firm, honest and detail in ur description of the incident.

Those CFM and MCMC are quite efficient in handling these kinds of cases.
I filed my complaint too last time regarding Celcom broadband and made the technician came to my place to test for few hours.

MCMC efficient but the telco must be efficient as well. Maxis until now still haven't settle my free sms case. almost 2 months

Make your complaint to MCMC again.
Celcom dragged my problem too and I couldn't tolerate with them. Apparently, made my report twice and finally settled.

yup.. so digi is the best.. luckily i chose the smarter side.. lolz..
