It is easy to sit in one corner and whinge, we can all do that. If you are unhappy with a moderator's action, take it to the front desk, take it to the staff or the admin.

Problem: Leaders around the world who can't lead properly.
Solution: Get better leaders.

I hope the above demonstrates my point. It is very easy to talk, but has people actually tried taking the first step to get the ball rolling? Can people suggest to the admin or at the front desk a good candidate? If the team know of one, we would have appointed the person by now so involvement by the community is essential.
