sory if i ask in wrong section.. can i unlock athlon II x2 250 3.0ghz becomes 4 cores? btw my mobo is msi 770-c45

hmm.. only 3.6ghz.. if i try to make it 3.7ghz windows will bsod.. any suggestion?
