guys, wanna ask for ur opinion.. for 600 budget, what is the best combination for mobo and cpu?

currently i have ddr2 in my hands.. thinking of not to chnage it soon.. but if ddr3 mobo can use ddr2 or not? if cannot, i need to buy ddr2 mobo..

can ddr3 mobo use ddr2? if not, im looking for ddr2 mobo
