Regarding ACC,it really helps alot in overclocking whether you do unlock or you dont.
Each values will affect the results.

EG :
Core 0 -2%
Core 1 -2%
Core 2 -2%
Core 3 -2%

5.1Ghz,1.45V Stable prime 1 hour on air using above settings but didnt stable using below settings :

Core 0 -4%
Core 1 -4%
Core 2 -4%
Core 3 -6%

This just an example..to shows that diff values varies the scores - -.

Last time(unlocking my Rana)..i tried different values of ACC but in the end dizzy and forget already the combination

Anyway ACC still can set in Normal Mode.You will notice it whereas the systems when booting will have 1 sec slow boot up which is experienced by me.

Not enough power can be vCore and PSU..but in that case he already has high vCore so it will be divided into 2 : Cooling and Power Supplying..

HD 3850 is slower than 9800GT and on par 9600GT + require connector..While single HD 5670 performance equal to GT240/9600GT and 5% slower than 9800GT yet does not require any connecotr

Yes.HD 5670 can be equal to HD 4850..But slightly slower 5% slower since HD4850 is on par with 9800GT

I can conclude that 2x HD 5670 is equal/on par/ =/= with single HD 5770.
Since 1 HD 5670 RM 3xx 2= 6xx..so it is better to go HD 5770 instead
