Just to check whether Monash is going to have its own hostet? And if so, when would it be ready and are current Monash student residents of Sun-U and Apartments be given priority?

I am a Japanese holding a Malaysian PR with a pink I/C card.
1) Am I considered a local or international student?
2) I am interested to study Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design,
    what are the minimum requirements for entry? (Now, I am studying in a  British International school, sitting for secondary IGCSE)
3) On my 3rd year of the course, would I be able to be an intern too?
4) Since I am a Malaysian PR with pink I/C card, can I get a job here after graduating?
5) After graduating from Diploma and if I want to continue the degree  directly to Sunway's affiliates in Australia/New Zealand, How many years would that take?
6) How much is the cost for the degree in Australia/New zealand?
7) Is this Diploma recognised internationally?  And whether graduates from this Diploma can obtain jobs in overseas?
