1. When am I suppose to submit the application form?

2. Can i submit it together with my application form for scholarship after i receive my SPM result?

3. Relevant examination results as stated in the application form means I'm supposed to bring along all my Form 5 results?

4. Where am I suppose to submit the application form?

Thanks for your answers. For scholarships, if my trial results are better than my SPM results, can I use my trial results to apply? And can I print out the application form myself even if my printer is not color printer?

Hi, I handed in my scholarship application when i registered for CAT and I didn't get any message in my imail account for the scholarship ceremony so what should I do? I completed my form as the person in charge at information centre that day already checked my forms and base on my spm result, I'm suppose to get a scholarship.
