Foyer is the big big place right after you enter Sunway University. After you passed through Information Center, before cafeteria and financial center. You can see a lot students sitting there, filled with yellow tables.

Added on January 5, 2011, 7:00 pmIt applies to year 1,2 and 3. But you must meet the average after your degree's year 1 for the scholarhship in year 2 and year 2's average for year 3.

Scholars on 30% scholarship must meet a minimum of 65% grade average, while for scholars on 50% or 75% scholarship must meet a minimum of 70% average.

It is definitely not upgradeable. As for downgradeable, it is subject to the scholarship committee. Previously the marketing department have told me there are such cases for downgrading scholarship.

The Continuing scholarship, is only for those who have completed either Pre-U, Foundation or Diploma programmes with Sunway University / College.
For non ex-Sunway students, you are refering to the Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah Entrance Scholarship. However, foundation results from other colleges are not eligible for the scholarship.

Like what SunwayU always says, "tough is a very subjective question" . However, in my PERSONAL opinion, for someone that can get 9 to 10As in SPM. Judging from your achievement, there shouldn't be any problem to maintain above 65% average.

The earliest class would start at 8:30a.m and ends latest by 4:30p.m with an exception of MQA subjects which ends at 5:30p.m.

Huh? Why you ask people don't go to Sunway when you know many of them enjoy their life studying there? I'm an ex-Sunway student and I must say I enjoy my Pre-U studies very much in Sunway as well . My lecturers have always make the lessons challenging and enjoyable !

When you said "all go club at sunway", are you refering to all the girls that you have mentioned? Because AFAIK not all girls back in my class go clubbing. And those who go clubs usually are the one that have clubbing habit before they even came to Sunway, it's not that Sunway University turned them into clubbers.

Hi, I'm currently at my year 2 study of Computer Science degree at Sunway University.
I was informed by my coordinator today that I would need to retake all the MPW/LAN subjects (Malaysian studies, moral studies, Bahasa kebangsaan) due to the new subject code - U1, U2 and U3 established by the government. Despite I have already completed and passed these subjects during my pre-university study.

I was told that this applies to all other university as well, whoever that are now in their degree study and completed MPW/LAN subjects during their diploma/pre-u years would not get any exemption.

Not sure if what he told me is true. And I would like to seek confirmation on this matter.
