Hello Sunway University, I'm gonna study BA (Hons) in Communication this August intake, I have a question that is it really good among all the universities nearby (in terms of lecturers, students, activities and facilities) and also how is the FOA's reputation, do many students choose this programme ?

This is because a credit in BM is a condition set by the Ministry of Education to apply for public and private higher learning institutions as well as a condition to apply for scholarships and to seek a government job.

So if you don't have a credit in SPM BM (most locals in international school would not qualify) you can't further your studies locally?

Hi, I m now study in Help uni and expected to finish my first year in September. I had already take the following 10 subjects, may I know approximately how many exemption can I get? And whether there is any scholarship available for 2nd year entry? What is the grading system in Sunway (CGPA)? I mean um... what will I learn and what can I do after graduantes ...
Is there essential to continue to master ?
If I didn't take COMPUTING in A-level(But I did take Physic), would it be difficult in this program ? Because I'm afraid will skip the basic ... I'm totally no mind about Computer Science but just interested.

My name is Chi and I am from Sweden, I applied for BSc (Hons) in Information Technology.
I understand that I am accepted by Sunway University and I have paid the processing fee for student pass. I received an email in 19th July stating that they have sent my documents to EMGS and I was told to wait for application to be done. It has been more than a month, and the commencement date of the mentioned course is on 21st August 2013. I have emailed to int_admin@sunway.edu.my several times, but I have yet to receive any replies.
I am getting worried that I might miss August intake and wondering what's going on?

1. Is it in house program with no collaboration with external overseas university?
2. I realized the modules are quite similar with MBA program, may i know whats the difference with this and an MBA?
3. If i take some of the subjects halfway and decide to switch to a full MBA program, is that allowable?

I haven't finished my A-levels yet, will be finishing this coming January and results will be released this coming March. It's originally known as Edexcel but due to UK Ministry of Education reforms, the January exam has been renamed to Pearson International Advanced Level (IAL). My SPM results is 3A+ 3A 5B+ (total 11 subjects)
