Huh? Why you ask people don't go to Sunway when you know many of them enjoy their life studying there? I'm an ex-Sunway student and I must say I enjoy my Pre-U studies very much in Sunway as well biggrin.gif. My lecturers have always make the lessons challenging and enjoyable !

When you said "all go club at sunway", are you refering to all the girls that you have mentioned? Because AFAIK not all girls back in my class go clubbing. And those who go clubs usually are the one that have clubbing habit before they even came to Sunway, it's not that Sunway University turned them into clubbers.

Hi there. If you wish to resit for your subject,  you will need to check with the JB campus. If you wish to appeal for your scholarship, you will need to put in an appeal, but no guarantee.

Hi there. You can try to put in an appeal to Sunway University in PJ. However, you will need to submit an application and put in the minimum RM300 application fee. Bear in mind that if you put in an appeal and you do not manage to get the scholarship, the RM300 application fee is not refundable.

Hi there. There are total of 15 papers in ICAEW. IF a student completes the Sunway University BSc Accounting and Finance, they will be given 8 papers exemptions under ICAEW. However, once a student intends to take ICAEW upon completing the degree, it is on a selection basis by the authorised training employers.

Hi, I'm a SPM graduates and would like to enroll in Sunway for ICAEW. I'm living in Pandan Jaya Cheras, Kuala Lumpur for your information. I know there are bus services for us, but the bus routes map is too confusing and I'm not really familiar with the places listed. May I know what is the easiest and cheapest way that I can take to reach the university daily and the fees I'd have to bare? Thank you very much.

And I had a question that the exhibitors couldn't answer on the Education Fair today. I would like to know if an ICAEW graduates could possibly get the license from MIA to open an audit firm by his/her own? Like ACCA graduates, after 3 years of working, and qualified as a chartered accountant, they can somehow interview some panel from the UK and then get the license to open their own audit firm if they pass the interview(correct me if I'm wrong, I heard this from someone else). Thank you very much in advance.

To get the license you first must become a member of MIA.
Once you have become a member of ICAEW you will be eligible to register yourself as a member of MIA and after accumulating work experience become a Chartered Accountant than you can apply for the license.

Having problems with the transport, if anyone would know how to get to the U from Pandan Jaya Cheras (somewhere near PGRM building/quite close to Times Square), please help. Thank you very much!

yeah after you finish all your professional papers and accumulated a minimum of 3 years of work experience, you will be able to become a CA.
From what I heard ICAEW is one of the most difficult accounting professional qualification to get through their papers among the popular ones. ^^"

Hi there. It is really up to the discretion and decision of the scholarship committee. You will just need to indicate in the appeal letter why you deserve the scholarship

Hi there. Officially, you will be having break on 3 & 4 February. However, it is up to your lecturers discretion on whether are they willing to arrange for supplementary classes to replace the days earlier or later.

Hi there. If you are to take LRT, you will opt to take to Sri Petaling LRT station and wait for our daily shuttle. In terms of the timing, you will need to call the driver at 016-6720246.
