Hi was researching these three models

got the prices at Panny RM28xx, Sony RM33xx (after cashback), and Regza RM26xx - for these Full HD models which one offers best value for money while noting the the Panny offers a 42' IPS panel (ppl say good for contrast and wide viewing only) while Sony and Regza are 40"

Lets get some feedback in........

Why dun u consider buying a Plasma TV instead?

IMO the dealers r throwing prices of the LCD TV hints that the age of LED TV is coming very soon. And I think Plasma TV has batter performance & picture quality compare to LCD. I recently bought the Panasonic Plasma 42S10K and Samsung 50B650. Both are out perform my old 32" LCD Full HD unit a lot. I play both SD astro program and Blu-ray.

If u insist on LCD, I will go for the Sony 40V550, IMO it the best among the three. smile.gif

I agreed. I came from a 32" LCD to a 50" plasma now. The LCD picture is no fight with the plasma. The blacks of plasma is just so nice. Overall the pq of plasma tv is just so much better than the LCD, but I have to admit that the current crop of samsung LED tv does indeed look as good as the plasma but they are not cheap.
