Try contacting the hotel directly. Agoda and other hotel/travel agencies usually have a few rooms allocated to them. Meaning the resort might still have vacancies available, even though agoda and other websites list them as sold out. Else, try other online hotel websites. There's expedia and asiarooms, amongst many others. Good luck.
