1) The other school students (MPC's) call Tenshi by "Council President". Does that make her bot or some autonomous system who is supposed to weed out deviants?

2) Or is tenshi like them after all, and the whole "fight against tenshi" is to justify their existance in this "middle world" as I call it, between the real world and the afterlife?

I don't know about you, but I'm seeing shadows of Shaggai v the Digital World all over again. (Cookies to anyone who gets that)

3) I cried seeing how Iwasawa died. For someone to die so young.......in such circumstances........This is why I love Key.

DES 128-bit? Isn't that 3DES?

Windows XP on a local host uses DES, which is used in LM; MD4 is used in NTLM which is much harder break. Neither use "DES 128-bit". What do they use in the other side?

Angel beats Story Comic. Debut with May version of G's magazine, on sale from 30 March (?).

This is why I blame K-ON for all that is wrong in this world.

I'm not sold on the new song (declaration of interest: I'm a sucker for Lia's songs), through I must admit I was very impressed how they managed to adapt it for an electric guitar. Certainly a very different way of viewing by Na-Ga this time round.

Also, I cannot NOT see Suzumiya Hahiru Haruhi in Yuri. And I think that Yuri may be in part schizophrenic. I'm starting to think that Maeda Jun was with KyoAni for too long. Longer than it was good for him.

That said, its nice to know that the other side isn't too different from this side of our lives. School activities, tests, rivalry, vending machines, teachers spoiling the fun. Come to think about it, not a bad way to spent the rest of eternity.

Tenshi @ Tachibana Kanade pulls my heartstrings more and more with every passing ep. That said through, Angel Beats seems less of a real story as the ep's progress, and more like just a conscious stream of thought by Maeda Jun.

5 eps into the series, 8 eps away from the planned conclusion, I am still not sold on the story. It seems to be like one mindless fight after another. Maybe its a metaphor for everything we do on this earth; maybe I'm just reading too much into this, but I'm not watching this for any story but rather for the music and the art, sadly.

I will give credit to Yuri(ppe) for being able to make a gunpowder propelled combustion that actually propels with an opposing force to g. Believe me, its not easy making rockets that go up and not explode on the ground. Being unable to die also helps.

Still, the suspense gives me a reason to look forward to another week.

Born to an American father and a Japanese mother. Hardly a gaijin. That's like lumping most East Malaysians into "lain-lain" just because they don't fit into "Western" prejudices.

At least his English is reasonably comprehensible. And it's not the first "gaijin" to be involved in anime production. Look closely at the credits of Nogizaka Haruka and FMP:TSR. Not to mention the numerous Korean/Chinese animators. And a new trend into Vietnam for the subcontraction.



I wonder how short Tenshi is. I like her hair. It reminds me of Ichinose Kotomi.

Bloody doujins and overly fertile imagination.

That said through, I'd gladly disappear to the next life if it meant that I get to hug Tenshi. She's so frail and cute. Her hair is nice too.

I knew Hatsune's (Otonashi Yuzuru's younger sister) voice sounded familiar! Its done by Nakahara Mai, the same person who did Furukawa Nagisa from CLANNAD!

And keeping with the CLANNAD theme, Fish Saitou is Midorikawa Hikaru, Yoshi Yusuke of CLANNAD, with the same charisma and folded arms.

And Naoi is done by Ogata Megumi. Haven't heard her since she did Yukito/Yue in Card Captor Sakura.

Even if the story leaves me more confused than Ghost in the Shell, this is really a very interesting seiyuu line-up!

Either sneaking into the hospital after hours to play with your sick brother, bringing your sick daughter out into the cold winter, or taking your ill sister out against the doctors orders.........

Only the good die young.

On a more serious note,

On topic, Tenshi going "huh?" has reduced me to my knees. That said, I don't think a 2nd season is on the cards. It seems like even Maeda Jun himself conceded that 13 ep's is too short, so the story will be spread out across different mediums.

The upcoming Yurippe dakimakura is just wrong.

There is much speculation. Some people I know who have damaged by Kanon think all this is a plot by Yuri who is in a hospital somewhere.
