Like i said before it is some sort of profit taking as my average buying price only RM 2.00 excluding dividend. I earned more than RM 500 per lot.

I have profited around 100k from YTLP. I have parked my money at arreit to get higher dividend.  Doesn't meant arreit is better than ytlp.
YTLP yield less than 6% at my selling price. Whereas arreit yield around 8%. Although i am not sure of the future prospect of wimax but at least i am sure that i get higher dividend.

Who say i don want to buy YTLP? I want to use my dividend earned to buy back at a lower price only 

By the way i am not experience investor. I am not qualified as an investor either. Normally i don try to predict on particular stock price movement, what i am more concern is Dividend Yield.

Ok, but I'm sure you will keep this stock sideline and be prepared to jump in if the price dip lower. 

Btw, the exercising of the warrants "Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 12,785,070 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each arising from the aforesaid Exercise will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 3 December 2010" does drives this YTL Power down a bit.

REIT seems to be a good options for you to reap dividend. But don't expect too much capital gain. It's a mutual exclusive thingy, stock with growing potential has little dividends to offer while stock with dividends to offer has very little growth potential.
