Come come YTLP, time to push up.

Support coming in at 2.19 to 2.20, Bullish uptrend are forming, but can it be sustainable? If 2.20 resistant is broken, we will see a short rally to 2.25. Good luck YTLP holders smile.gif

worth to ponder too...b4 any decision made.

The last time I visited LYN and posted here it was trading at 2.2x. It had dropped 15 % since then, with the chart showing a strong downtrend. I'm still holding it.

Seems like it's lacking of Power, It's Yes 4g more to a liability to YTLPOWR. However, I;m still keeping my shares. Just treating it as a FD. My paper loss enough to get me few Ipad 2.. rclxub.gif

When I was buying YTLPOWR, I didn't expect this day to come, for it to trade below RM 2. I've told myself to average down if it ever hit below RM 2, but it seems like it's not YTLPOWR is in current turmoil as the whole market is in a selling position. Capital is constraint, let be honest, at which point of price you guys willing to top up? Will YTLPOWR share the same fate as NAIM (free falling).

my YTLPOWR down 13% already since first bought....sell or hold? what say u?

I don't know about you. I entered YTLPOWR during its prime since last Nov at 2.51. I don't even want to count what is my paper loss now, it's too crazy. Im thinking the another entry point. But the question is, how attractive the dividend yield will be?

YTLPOwer no longer a safe haven dividend stock. But I buy this stock with a forecast that YES will do well for the coming future. Time well tell. Good luck to all of us the YTLPOWER holders.

Probably not good for you... expected only 0.094 divvy onwards, so at your bought price.. 0.094/2.51*100% = 3.74%, almost equivalent to FD at bank... not to mention the capital loss... sweat.gif
Ya, it is definitely not a good entry price for me. The yield is not that attractive due to the slashed dividend and not to mention my capital paper loss. As I've said, I will just keep it in the freezer and wait for it to rebound. Back to my earlier remark, I bought YTLPOWER with a speculation that it's YES will perform well .I hope my patient will be rewarded, or at worst, I might just cut loss in the near future.

Andrew, you are not alone. My entry price is 2.05 , and i am thinking to average down also. Just don't know what price is the right price. My MBSB worst, entry price is 1.78 but only 1.38 now...don't know what to do.
*
I'm not familiar with MBSB bro. As for YTLPOWR, kindly refer to my comments below. Hope it helps smile.gif

Went fpr breakfast and more stocks pull back ald.. Need to aim properly :/

I know u are holder of ytlp, intend to go in at 1.75 and below. Are u planning yo avg down soon?
*
YTLPOWR is still considered to be defensive. Quarter report showed increased in revenue but profit declined 40 % due to the YES 4G telco division draining out cash for expansion. At the current price, Dividend yield stand at 4 %.

I'm not planning to go in at 1.7x yet, but I will definitely when it hit 1.6x. At the current market sentiment, YTLPOWR is not attractive yet for me to average down as the upside is very limited. All I can say is that, the price will conitnue to hover between the region of 1.7x to 1.8x. As for me now, I' rather invest my money on elsewhere as there are better attractive stocks out there.

Oh ya, by the way, my initial buying of YTLPOWR is a long term investment, with the hope and gamble that their 4g will be doing well. Cheers. smile.gif
