yeah... it's POP hancock ...
probably the reason for the castoff feature must be because of her marking at the back... it's significant with hancock identity... and it would be weird if the cloth just to be peeled at the back to reveal it... conclusion, take off the whole clothe ... but yeah, the sleeves definitely a spoil ... hopefully it comes with extra arms without sleeves.. mangart chopper ver.2 probably the normal chopper ver.2 will come in box similar size...
