as far i know, not many shops brought in POPs ... even the famous XL Shop also kinda random ... they brought in the POP DX ace and luffy before ... but after that, nothing ... they were sold out quick, but big chance because they couldnt managed to get the stocks due to high popularity for POPs .. so they got fedup and decided not to bring them in ..

you can get them at taobao china website ...

and for POP alternatives, you can always get the banpresto figures or bandai figuarts zero ...

yeah, XL do bring in the banpresto figures... but POP not so much ..
