try useing citadel or vallejo water base acrylic, citadel paint's can be easily get in any gamesworkshop outlet in UK and vallejo could be easily order over the net there too.

and they're better then tamiya paint since it automatically has a slight matte finish to them.

and just use nail polish to remove the paint, take some non fibrous cloth dip a spot in some nail polish and rub away the paint.

and to easily paint white base layer bone then cover with white.
