chizzu, the reason for it being so thicked was because of the base color (green in this case for miku). To paint it to white, using a green base is very hard to achieve.

What you should do now, is the remove the base color (i mean the white paint). AFAIK, dip them for a while in brake fluid or paint remover. Dont dip to long cause i heard, they will melt the plastics as well tongue.gif

Then, cover them with a layer of Primer. They are basically a layer of matt grey color paint, then only paint with a layer of White. Thats way, you probably only need to paint a layer or 2 of white, making it looking nicer. smile.gif

thinner and pvc = bad combination ..

i think.. you shouldnt paint her in the 1st place... tongue.gif

yeah, you need to decolorize the paint 1st.. then you paint... else it look layered...

The best way for beginner painter (like me tongue.gif) is to paint a thin layer of primer first, then only apply the paint. First put a thin layer of white paint (might not be perfect), let it dry, then paint another layer to perfect it smile.gif Else, easier way, apply a layer of Primer, then spray it with those Tamiya Can Paint smile.gif

dun use thinner...will get bad result as it will soften the pvc...

maybe u can try to find some color spray, it better than use the brush to paint

remove it using brake fluid will be better. So far I see my friend doing it w/o problem =)
