Finished watching "Inglorious Bas-terds"....very long 2.5 hours....nice story though....good PQ/AQ....

Past 2 days only back home around 10pm....no BD for me
and my house got termites!!!! spend RM1.3k to do the drilling to deal with it
luckily they din eat my speakers....but my two book shelves gone case...need more $$$ to replace them

Watched harry Potter 6 last night....PQ/AQ 4.5/5
not bad not bad....

Watched "Public Enemies" last night...PQ is top notch and a glimpse of nennen in the bath tub

AQ very good also but no boomy boom boom sound lar , the gun shot are very realistic though...

for the biling balang movie....not impressive....

Metalica so good meh?

Watched George Michael Live in London the other day....brings back sweet memories of the 80's & 90's

Just collected my Seinfeld Complete Series from the post office - Shipped out by Amazon US 10 Dec...reach pos office 5th Jan, no ketam chop, 32 DVD inside with the coffee table book and weight 6.3lbs!!!

Watched half of District 9 last night....nothing to shout on the PQ/AQ, wife asking is this real BD ar? looks like a tag better than upscaled SD DVD....

however.....the trailer of "MJ:This is it" is .....Must get when release....

but other than District 9,
those I've watched like Angel & Demon, Knowing, Night at the Museum 2, My Bloody Valentine all seem ok wor....sharp & colourful....
Maybe it's the Director purposely put on the orange tint to make it more like south africa feel (i.e. hot in the sun), and made the colour a bit wash off....

For nature & documentary lovers....

"Home" is the BD to get, stunning PQ and scary messages....the PQ is much better than "Planet Earth", colorful and vivid

and for demo quality...get "Super Speed Highway" IMAX, you feel like you are on the race track yourself and the sound is just , when the engine roar, you wanna cover your ears and can even felt the tyres moving on the tar surface....
