Don't get confused bro

I know you guys are knowledgeable gentlemen, but is it UK region code is 2 / B? How could it play on bd players or ps3? Unless region Free?
*
Some blu-ray titles released in UK are region free
Some are Region B locked
And there are also some which are playable on Region A/B players

As for BSG Complete Series, it's region free

I've seen and hold the tin packaging of the UK BSG, to me it's ugly and when you open looks like a fridge. I don't like it. The tin is so thin and fragile it looks cheap, but that's just my own opinion so others might find it to their liking. Me, the biggest steelbook I could ever accept is the Band of Brothers.

This is why I've been holding off from buying the set, I don't like the US old packaging as well, even more so when they don't include any booklet.

I'm buying this new UK set, I already have The Plan coming this Thursday. thumbup.gif

Tun, can please upload some pics of the new packaging, inclusive of the inner parts?
Need to see how does it look before taking the plunge
eventhough I don't like it, but seems that I don't have other choice

Uh... oh. So, it's similar to of those in Speedy  doh.gif

I don't know whether it's a fair comparison
I just tried the BDISO version
seems true that there's seriously a lack of LFE on certain explosive scenes

Anyway, I'll still try on the US version 2012 BD when I get it next week

Bro, I guess it would be the same. The Yellowstone volcano eruption is one of the letdown. The flying earths/rocks hitting the ground sounds like 'toufo' hitting the ground.

Even the tidal waves, I mean mega tsunamis aint convincing. If watch this on HTiB, sure 'potong stim' habis.

Totally agree
When I watched in cinema, I thought 'Wow, this is gonna be great when blu-ray is released. It'll be even more 'keng' if come with DTS-HDMA'
True, it does come with DTS-HDMA, but watching those supposedly 'keng' scenes on BDISO really disappointed me
