Hi guys, how's everyone? Who's in the 500 BD club now?

Just wondering, anybody bought the new packaging of Battlestar Galactica Complete Series UK edition? Can help me and post some pics of the packaging, just wondering how big the box is. I'm hoping it will fit nicely with my other BDs.

Not interested in the new US packaging, I need a booklet that lists all the episodes/discs and descriptions. The new US packaging has been confirmed by The Digital Bits that it will not include any booklet.

I'm getting The Plan separately.

Thanks guys.

You know what... I always adore employee who is innovative & likes to propose new ideas especially to the boring ol' farm... your inventive ideas will be duly rewarded laugh.gif

BTW, if they gonna release it in 3D eventually, it better be the proper polarized one, once and for all.... not the anaglyph red-blue/green where the colours & registration go hay-wire! rclxub.gif

What about the steelbook edition? Isn't been announced, and i also saw them up at Play-asia, for very unreasonable price ..
*
Does steelbook version delivers steel-like audio reproduction? hehe, sorry... just being sarcastic. 2012 steelbook does look good (casing-wise; the one @ $PEEDO) but price is doh.gif . I've seen the Mid Valley outlet plays it on their tv... good looking transfer! thumbup.gif But I'll buy from Amazon when the price drops circa USD15-ish.... in a years time! cry.gif

Only Die Hard IV is worth getting. The rest are crap.
*
Disagree and agree. Die Hard Quadrilogy are equally among the best of action flicks around but probably maybe the 2nd being the least... but if you're talking about the technical aspects, then the 4th stands out. But having said that, the first Die Hard wow-ed me in cinemas, the first time I watched it more than 20 years ago!!! thumbup.gif

Watched "Cliffhanger" last night
very entertaining movie...some DNR applied throughout the movie but it's way way better than the SD DVD version....and the dts-ma sound is very good too.....the opening helicopter pan from right back surr to the front speakers are demn realistic, my son duck his head and looking for anything that fly from behind biggrin.gif
*
Agreed 100%! Watched it during CNY... surprisingly very good PQ for an early 90s flick. I don't notice any DNR though but it does look good on my 32". The chopper surround at the beginning was my favourite... even in the ol' dvd already impressed me. thumbup.gif
