mint is alright? lol...it is really a fine distro isn't it..
never use before, but a lot of people say using mint, user might never get to use terminal at all, haha

That's the beauty using Mint..though i prefer Ubuntu than Mint...dunno why but Ubuntu seems to attracts me more rolleyes.gif


Added on January 6, 2010, 8:26 pmwell, got one forumer here (weiyap_tan)...successfully installed OSX 10.5.7 in his S42 brows.gif..well, mine also success but kinda hassle for me as need to buy a wireless adapter as OSX not support Intel-Wireless 5000 ones doh.gif...

well, my dhcp server computer still using Jaunty...while the others already upgrade to Karmic...

Sometime using Linux-based OS, it's much more easier to configure than window laugh.gif..


Added on January 6, 2010, 8:31 pmbut my laptop is Win 7 Ulti laugh.gif...window still managed all of my works & stuffs rolleyes.gif

haha ^^..that server at my house la...i managed my neighborhood network brows.gif...got 8MB experimental Streamyx (RM480)...got 10 neighbors pay me RM70 per month brows.gif..use Ubuntu to manage DHCP brows.gif

where got file sharing....they lazy one to go TM, ask me i can share mine...i open-contract lor with them brows.gif...one month RM70, speed can max till 1MB laugh.gif...

there are 2 media (i guess) button below the power buttom..
what are the software that can activate the buttons?

Yup, one is for the audio (which activates the TrueBass sound) and another is for SnapShot (you can snapshot your screen pressing the button)...got software for it also nod.gif
