I just got an offer from Jabil as an EIT buyer. Anyone there work in Jabil as buyer and possibly can enlighten me about the work environment? pRessure? flexi? a lot of OT?

I am working as a buyer from other CM. OT can be claimed. How is the average pay as a buyer there?

i also got an offer for EIT Buyer, but only RM2,300 they said its standard. 10% increment for first year, after that 10% increment every six months. do u think i should accept it?

they didnt mention about the allowance, OT pay or any other thing, so consider them as zero already?
