IeR , albnok : thanks for the reply, so thats mean fisheye with MF is no problem.. read sony one 16mm is not wide enough for apsc..
will include the fish in my buying list.. tq.. i got one more question here.. im new to F58 flash.. so more to learn.. so if the flash is set to TTL mode.. is the flash will be fired at full power no matter the lighting? cant set manually? and one more thing, i cant set flash to manual mode except my cam is at Manual mode... (to control the flash power). i only have 1 dial so it is hard to change aperture and shutter.. any tricks for quick change? usually I set manual dial to control aperture, so when i want to set shutter i quick change to shutter mode and adjust.. and back to manual for aperture adjustment. anymore better tricks? |

QUOTE(hkhk @ Jan 2 2010, 12:45 PM) bro, u never read the manual ? u dont understand my question and replied wrongly.. please ignore me tq. btw thanks for your time.both setting for F58 and how to adjust Aperture in M mode is stated in the manual. If u lazy to read the hard copy.. U can download a soft copy, use the search function in the Acrobat Reader. Go to the topic u wan to know. Added on January 2, 2010, 1:23 pm QUOTE(ieR @ Jan 2 2010, 11:49 AM) F58. yea thats why i expect for it fire a little flash for detection.. but not.. red light come out instead.. that one? i think the red one is af assist..1. TTL means Through The Lens, mean the in body eV metering still works and it relies on it. so it will Not Fire at full power. it will fire a light(little) flash for TTL detection before it fires the 2nd power to match the metering. *if it fires at full power, check the contact on the camera flash hotshoe. it might be improper contact, thus ur F58 only recieve fire command, then it fires at full. 2. u can set to manual mode even in other creative dail mode (A, S, P mode). on the F58, press Fn till the menu comes up. press left 4 time till u reach C04, set to PASM, (u will see a little c pop up beside the hss word), now u can use manual at all mode, it is overwrited. 3. quick change, why do u need to change aperture and shutter speed at same time? pressing and hold the [+/-] buttom and turn the dail will change the other viceversa of aperture/shutterspeed depending what u set in the menu for the dail to run. easy, cz boost the mirco contrast by little bit. hey that was great... thanks for the infos.. i think i should go out for TT frequently.. not mastered even the buttons.. QUOTE(Soony @ Jan 3 2010, 09:32 PM) removed d still the same. Aperture is at F8, tried without filter also same.. only happens to built in flash , external no prob. haha.. i just tried with my 16105.. yea..with kitlens no prob.. blocked by lens..Guess thats the reason why they hike up the flash height in the A2x and A3x series. yeah our A200,300 and 350 have a short flash compared to other brands.. and the newer.. |

QUOTE(eddybeh @ Jan 4 2010, 03:20 AM) the flash is 1 year plus the reason of selling it is tat the person is changing to other brands... wat price is 50mm f1.8 around anyway? the cheapest flash price i can get in lowyat is 780. hmm that thread.. i bought my 50 1.8 at 530 before raya, u could get it cheaper F42 is around 780, lens can last long.. some already 20-30 years for the 50 1.7, but flash has it own bulb life, if it is frequently used, shorter life left |
