coolio2199, be careful about filter. There are a lot of Cap Ayam filter in the market and the shops will try to con as much as they can with it.

For SAL1870 filter, I wouldn't spend anything more than RM50.

I used to use cap ayam filter on kitteh, it caused vignetting so I threw it away.

Need some advice about processing the photos. After I've copied the photos into my HDD, the vertical photos are not in the right orientation.

Is there a fast way to batch rotate rather than doing it manually?

Found a bug though tongue.gif

I wanted to confirm the orientation on photos in the previous album that I manually rotate. When I tried to do it, it will rotate the photos even after I've manually rotate them. Quickly press CTRL-Pause to stop it.

Emailed the owner about it smile.gif

None the less, I like the tool a lot! icon_rolleyes.gif

Where can I find Sigma 30mm 1.4 in Malaysia and what's the street price now?

The lowest price that I can find in AU is about RM1666.

bysquashy: That seems about right, about the same in Malaysia. Best you buy it there if you can find stock. However make sure you can get international warranty!

If it's about the same price (less than RM50 difference), I would rather buy it in Malaysia. As much as I hate the government, I still love the country. Rather than allowing our currency flow out of the country, I hope to contribute to Malaysia's GDP.

So any idea where to get this lens? icon_question.gif

thank you very much for the info! notworthy.gif

as i checked the first page of the thread. 380 twin lens kit is around RM2.4K ( if i didnt see wrong or somewhere that price ) so yea i reckon its way cheaper in malaysia due to the currency rate.

so if i decided to buy in malaysia, then can it be valid in australia or if i buy from malaysia means in malaysia only?? ( as i will prob be in aust more )

and 2 more things, ( paiseh so many questions ) rolleyes.gif

how much will the price drop let says around july or sept?

and does any of the sony dlsr has video feature? ( my friend is asking this )

thanks notworthy.gif

DSLRs are not cheap in Australia and New Zealand. Even in the recent boxing day, it'll only match Malaysia's price after GST refund.

If you do happen to be in Melb, drop by Michaels to find some exclusive Monilta lenses.
