guys..
i was thinking,

do rabbit behave well when they kept in cage most of the time compare to those rabbit that roam freely in the house?

i let my rabbit roam freely in their places thought that they might get bored stuck in a cage for a long time.. so i just let them free..(they have my whole kitchen as their playpen).. note that the kitchen is empty and not in use for masak2 or whatsoever..

so i was thinking if i put them in a cage..most all the time..do they behave well?

i wrote this not because my bunny not well behave..it just came to my thought..thats all..

any opinion? suggestion? advise? hmm.gif

oh i wrote not because my bunny is not well behave or something..
infact i let them roam freely..

its just that i thought what if u put my bunny in a cage at most of the time..
do they well behave/in a gud manner or will they be more 'fierce'..yala because of i locked them in cage all the time..
i thought of maybe they will be more tension..cannot go around and so on..

well my bunny is okay..i dunt have a problem with them and they also dunt give any problem to me..

its just that one of my thought..thats all..

im tryin to see in a different perspective.. smile.gif

Added on February 5, 2010, 7:55 amI would like to stress that you should not go for the brand but instead look at their ingredients and guaranteed analysis. I would normally look for something with higher fiber (above 20%) and lower in protein. I will avoid ingredients such as corn and Timothy or Alfalfa must be listed first.

QUOTE(sangterap @ Feb 12 2010, 09:24 PM)
In nature, God will know when the rabbit will give birth.

When in captivity, a breeder (the one playing God) will put the female into the male's cage and witness the mating, remove the male, jot down the date, count 31 days and prepare nest at day 28.

That is what you have not done. You do not need to be expert but a little research goes a long way. That is what we call planned breeding.

Instead of allowing the male and female be together till the babies come. And take note, a female rabbit will mate with the male rabbit right after giving birth. So if you did not separate the male from the female, she might be pregnant again. I guess that is what you intended and wanted so good luck and all the best!
*
duh..but how do i suppose to know this is the time or next will she give birth?
i cant lay my eyes on her 24-7..the mummy and daddy have been together since like 2 or 3 month..and i just got some few lilttle signs of her givin birth..but that was like a someway before..long wayy before..
and take note that my bunny mingle around together when ever im at work.. i dont cage my bunny afraid that she might get stressed up..cuz i work almost every single day..and they didnt fight what so ever cuz ive always check for any scratches or sense of they fighting together..i have 4 bunnies not just 2 okay..

dont expect veryone knew what you knew and dont ever assume that you know every single thing.. im just asking for help/advise..if dunt want to help/blaming me what so eva then just leave it..its that easy..

GUYS!

i kinda have this problem with some of my bunnies lah.

ive separated the male and female from "getting naughty" with each other, so i separate their cage, and separate their places,

yesterday i found out, that my female bunny (the most dominant one) is..errr..."doggy style-ing"(?) lust.gif with other less dominant female bunny..its like what the male and female rabbit thing would do, but in my case, both of the problem is on the female!

im like what the heck? female pun can doggy2 meh?

this will give problem to the less dominant bunny where she would be scared and hiding in any part of the house, behind every single thing.. she get so takut lah..

is this normal to bunnies? they cant hold the horses anymore is it? hmm.gif
