My bunny also wants to join the fun here. This picture below is Lupe, my 2 years old jersey wooly rabbit. She loves to lay on the carpet to watch the Oprah Winfrey show with me. rolleyes.gif

She sure is smiling, even thought not smiling at me. sweat.gif Most of the time she just have a poker face that says "You, bun-slave, serve me my hay and pellets with slice of apple on the side, make it quick. And a nose rub too."

I just realized that indeed Lupe looks like Theodore. The differences between them is that Lupe's cheek are not made of fat, but just fluffs of fur. And she can't sing with a chipmunk voice. Even though I wish she could. wub.gif

hi all can someone solve my problem with my rabbit being picky. My rabbit has been eating one good brand pellet beside hay, but last 2 week, I had to mix it with some other brand that in my opinion isn't so good compare to the brand that my rabbit usually eat.
Now, she's being stubborn and only pick out that pellet from the bowl and when I give only the usual pellet she refuses to eat at all but still eating hay. I know that pellets suppose to be in small portion of the food that a rabbit needs, but does this means that I should just give up? Btw, the brand that she now really like isn't really that bad according some rabbit owner. But I prefer her eating her usual pellets. But now I couldn't get her to eat it at all. rclxub.gif

did u give her hay to chew?how about getting dome chew toy instead..
can u specify the names and repeat coz it's kinda confusing if u point out pellet this and pellet that

by rabbit is picky but in the end of the day she would finish her pellets and chow down some hay...

but my rabbit is kind of different, she won't eat all and still picks out her favorite pellet, no matter how I mix it, she can tell the difference. anyway, i just stick to the pellet that she wants to eat for now.

hahahaha! so sweet of u but i'll feel so bad! hector has a thing about scaring groomers (i dont understand how they can still say he is cute after his inflicts pain & suffering all over their arms  shocking.gif ). at least if the groomer isnt a friend i wouldnt feel so bad  sweat.gif

i tried the trans thing once, got him to be still for about half a second only! like i said, i'm hopeless! but it is just hector, i have no trouble manhandling my friend's rabbit.  brows.gif
my rabbit is the same as yours when it comes to nail trimming. she can go into trance for a while but when i tried to even touch her nail with the clipper, she will jump all over the place and scratch me in the process. but yes, she's still cute afterwards. i also hesitate to bring her to a groomer, so what i do is i steal time whenever she's sleepy or half awake, i can start cutting most of the nail that i can trim. usually this method works, but most of the time she'll quickly wake up and runaway after trimming just one nail... rclxub.gif
