hi all,

my friend's friend is selling her cavy. am wondering if homing a cavy and a rabbit together is a good idea (other than the dif food factor). am getting really mix reviews on the net. any practical advice?

i read b4 that some bacteria from the rabbit poo or sumtin will harm the cavy...that's why i didnt get a gp....i dunno how true is the fact but it's better to take precaution.Still some debate here and there...

Don't always say like that la. Whether a rabbit is cute or not is a matter of personal preference. U think HLs are cute, but someone else might not. I think hector is cute, but one of my friends thinks he looks like a rat. biggrin.gif

Separate her from milo first, take her to the vet tomorrow, since the cut is still breeding-scared the cut needs stitches. Or worst, just in case it has gotten infected.

hmm..im super miser.
wont bring her to visit vet. her wounds got dry up as i can felt it. hard shape form outside of it. just now i separate them after saw your msg. they only together 1 hour ++ . i find it strange as normally Milo will stick 2 her like super glue but not today.

dont tell me Milo is clever where he know might get infected if near her today.

even CNY is 3 month apart, i'm already headache. normally i leave KL for 1 week. not sure they can survive or not for that long period. with 2 bunny, it's impossible for me to put them at boarding. imagine 1 bunny cost $12,2 bunny $24, total $24x7=$168

any owner can share experience where let bunny at home for 1 week?
