hi,
i'm planning to buy a shoes and ship via comgateway. I predict the weight is 1kg therefore using their calculator (include fuel and insurance) the total cost is about USD30. is there any other hidden charges? if anyone have ever have experience shipping shoes please enlighten me |

i got two packages from different merchants that I shipped together via CGW. Are they going to send them as single package or two packages? because in my case each of the package is below RM500 but if combined together the total value will be around RM600
I declared the actual value |

i want to buy two spectacles, seller can courier to Malaysia with total cost 40 USD. Which one is better you reckon? ask them to courier to CGW address which is free and then pay the shipping to CGW? which one is cheaper

i bought cap but surprise me the volumetric of the parcel is 5 kg although the actual weight is only 0.5kg. the seller use really big box? how you verify whether Comgateway is calculating the volumetric weight correctly? because there are offering me to re-pack
