Don't use ParcelForce if you can help it. My order from Manchester took 2 days to reach Heathrow, then takes another 12 days to reach KLIA. The worst thing is that during that 12 days, Parcelforce has no idea (i had called Manchester then Hull, then North London and then Heathrow where they asked me to call back Hull!) and does not update their tracker. Use DHL or UPS if you are thinking airfreight, really not worth the headache/heartache and evetually paying for more thru phone bills!
