Im already very dissapointed with viaddress... i asked them to provide me so manytime tracking number they did not even reply me and forward the email to me.. until fedex reach my house >.< sigh~~ fed up with them and i will stick with cgw

tested Bordelinx last month good services and using DHL to your doorstep.
it charges directed to citibank credit card.

and testing hopshopgo now. was given a prime a/c from my paypal.
tested Buyforme and Shipforme now. its charges to
comgateway from my paypal. 4kg about USD70.

anyway hopefully my first shipment will be arrived soon~

They are essentially the same. Just that HopShopGo only accepts PayPal, and comGateway accepts other payments too.

Added on October 7, 2010, 10:05 amA question for comGateway users. For their consolidation option, do they just place all original boxes into one bigger box? Any options to remove original seller's box and just repack all contents into another box?

from my experience, i always get boxes separately by them >.< they don't consolidate my box but my hubby saids this is because they don't want me to get tax, thats why to prevent this happen they send the boxes 1 by 1 for me.
Like last week i have 8 boxes received from DHL o.O.. Thanks god no lost parcel happen **phew**

All big boxes? Yup it helps to reduce the chances of getting taxes by the customs, but the shipping fee would be really high, no? More than likely higher than what would've been taxed.

I'm using Shipito, which gives me the choice to consolidate with original boxes, remove original boxes, or remove both original boxes and packaging. The option to remove original boxes can save a lot of money as some sellers (like Amazon) ships in hugeee boxes for small stuffs.

Another plus for Shipito is, it lets me fill up the customs declaration form myself, if you know what I mean Shipping fee to Malaysia is higher though compared to CGW, unless for really huge packages CGW prices are really good for Malaysia.

If your shipping cost get really high, u'll be tax too (more than RM500 coz they count both, parcel n shipping cost). I always kena tax if use viaddress coz of the shipping cost (which is not that high coz declared value so low).

Used hopshopgo now. Their reply via email really fast. Plus once item i want forgot to stated the size, they actly call to confirm the size. I was damn suprise. Viaddress never reply my email, if they call, i might be dreaming.

Anyway, file dispute of my missing item. Only after i file dispute wt Pay Pal, viaddress replied. I hv been sending them over 10 emails, never once they reply. But they said, its fedex. Fedex called, i told them, i saw the boxes, its sealed by viaddress tape, so no way fedex took it. Its not tampered. I hv pictures of the boxes but not that clear. Im now in the state that, i accept what ever it is. Coz i declare the item so low, so insurance wont cover it. My lost since i lower the value. Pros n cons in lowering the value, rite.

i usually use DHL. 100kg can get around 3000 sumthing ja. next day dah sampai.

hmm, 2 of my package on CGW missing, anyone know how to cntct them others than email?
besideds, CGW made a mistake like a months ago when accidently i got an amazon ebook kinddle reader on my account.

beware with comgateway guys. they are not very carefull in matching the package. comgateway missing my shipping package
just like 2 days before i saw the package on my account but today i checked, GONE!

You can try their customer service chat. Starts at 11am weekdays. They do respond to your queries.
I never faced anything like this with CGW before. Hopng never to experience it.

Hopshopgo hv delivered quite well for me. I luv their online chat which always avble during office hour. And they will try their best to purchase bfr any promo ends. Usually i will inform their customer service via chat online to ensure their partner in US will purchase on time. Hopshopgo based in Singapore.

As for viaddress, i have three parcels pending. I hv paid 3 weeks ago, filed a dispute wt pay pal coz no delivery. They refunded me n claimed to pay pal that they hv not receive any payment from me. Now, i got pist off coz after the second payment on Oct 24, i file dispute over purchase made via their concierge service. Now they said they wont deliver if i didnt close my dispute. Accordg to pay pal, if i close my dispute, i cant file it again, pay pal advised not to close. I guess, i will not close it n wait for refund instead. Viaddress only reply if file dipsute to pay pal, if not, normal emails, they never reply!

and there help me solved a lot of problem without pending my question... i love their fast service and fast reply my inquiry although sometimes i was a bit troublesome keep non stop asking the same question, but there are very patient to answering my question.

why there answer that they will not deliver your item until u close the disputed ? they should settle up with you nicely >.<
whatever also don't closed the disputed..until viaddress take action to deliver your stuff
