anyway, i seldom used VIADDRESS already because there increase the % the reason is i used their concierge service more then manytimes and there need to charge me 5%
and one more thing i am sad is, i found out CWG much more cheaper then VIADDRESS already

last few days i got a shipment ready to ship back to Msia, and this VIADDRESS only 5 item already cost RM 300 buck above. but CGW 5 item shipped back to malaysia was only RM 150 buck to 200 buck only.. >.< this is a very Big differences.

and i also told my husband about this.. he said because 1 used fedex and another use DHL lolz... but DHL are much more fastest then fedex even u choose standard delivery. i always get my parcel with DHL in 3 - 4 days after send out from USA but for fedex there always reach 5 - 6 days..

I used their express shipping before there arrived in 2 days sometimes even 1 days

I track my Item in DHL and it show Clearance delay , what is mean ? I need the Item immediately but I still din received the Item . So how , Can I claim compensation from DHL ?

Yeah, precisely.. Viadress is so pricey. Not that DHL is providing lousy service with low shipping rates. DHL is great!
I ban Viadress, OFFICIALLY.

Standard shipping reach me in 5-6 days, but express shipping reach me around 10 days.

My parcel with Fedex (Viadress) got taxed before. Usually, the shipping company will call you and let you know of your tax.
Or, they'll text you about it.
Yes, you'll received the paper of it.

Tax must be paid upon receiving the parcel at home. You pay the Fedex guy.

1kg for my usual F21 parcel (I just estimated) is RM160? With DHL, if TNT it will be double this rate
