Details of the complaint : Bought perfumes from her but failed to post the items to me on Monday 21/12/09 as promised, then the seller offer to COD with me on 22/12/09 @ 5:30pm at Seremban KTM station. Been waited for her for 1 hour at the train station and yet did not show up. Tried to call her hp and it has been switched off since then. Noticed that kellyan has been log in after I posted the message in her thread but refuse to reply all the messages in PM and thread.

I have been contacted with other buyers who got cheated by kellyan as well:

kellyan, some of the people who dealed with you before claimed that you were not like this before. i'm sure there is a reason why u become like this. If you really have problem please let us know. We can give you time to pay back our money if you can't deliver the goods to us.

tried to call her today as she didn't keep her promise that will refund the balance by 1st Jan. kellyan's hp is off again.

i tried to sms and call her but her hp was off. did you manage to contact her? yes she already refund a bit for me but she promise to refund the balance by 1st Jan. i think we should gather and go to make a police report.

this kellyan's stories and excuses can't be trusted anymore (cos i've trusted he/she once but didn't keep its promise). maybe this person is not SHE but HE. he might be the one who is addicted on drugs!

kellyan has refunded RM70 to me on 25/12/2009 and SMS to promise will refund the balance by 1/1/2010. Until now still haven't get back my full refund!
