Hello there,
I would like to find out whether anyone is aware of any device that has a HDMI input and can record from a HDMI output source ? If no such device, are there graphic cards that have HDMI inputs which can be used for recording ? I am interested in recording from a source which has HDMI output for viewing later.
regards
yahya

HDCP-encoded video signal is designed to be unrecordable, alternative is closed-box pvr or analog video from component/composite/svideo, not in high definition though

HDMI doesn't mean HDCP enabled all the time.. depends on source and media.

as for component analog which is HD as well which you can record.. you just need to get HD capable recorder deck which is common in US/UK but not sure who's doing it here..

alternatively.. ATI all in one wonder series video cards..
