guys, i'm looking for place to live and thinking of buying this apartment its conveniently located between Kelana Jaya and USJ (where me and my partner work). plus the price is just right.

just wanna if you guys have any story for this property because i saw a lot of aptmnt for sale (iproperty). i wonder if there any problem with this apt?
