 Should i purchase extended Warranty?, Worth it or not??

this basically means :

1) They tested the other parts on the tv and they should last at least 2 yrs hence the 2 yrs warranty
2) They've tested the LCD panels and should last at least 1 yr hence the 1 yr warranty
