i complain to them why my speed so slow at peak time

i want complain the speed at night
start 7pm
it is very SLOW!!!!!
how to solve it?
im sure it is tmnet problem and not my computer problem

speedtest at streamyx website only get 352kbps
but my package is 1M
mean tmnet did't provide even 50% speed at this time
how to solve it?and please explain why such things will occur

6.Switch off the modem, and then unplug all cables from modem. Bypass splitter/micro filter/fax machine/lighting protector/router.
7.Connect the cable from the wall socket to the modem directly followed by, connecting the cable from the modem to the PC.
8.Restart the PC and turn on the modem.
9.Make sure that all the lights are stable. If the lights are stable you should be able to go online.


AS a conclusion
for this issue
is my computer and phone line problem
i just knew that my phone line /splitter and computer will automatic decrease the speed at peak time
i laugh whole day with this reply

I had one time when I don't even have ADSL signal so can't connect to internet.

When I called up tmnut customer rep. and told her that my ADSL line is down, she ask me to go to speedtest.net and do a test for her rclxub.gif with those usual steps like check modem, connect modem directly etc.
Told her again that I can't even online how to go website check doh.gif then she only give me a report number...

my wife call tmnet customer service about 5 to 6 times and scold them kao kao only then they send their technician to our house..

TM uses a typical bottom up approach for their technical support...
not really wrong..but i find their steps to be very detailed.. rclxms.gif
now if they just switched the approach upside down instead..
