26" LCD TV, Any good price less than 1K?

I'm looking for an LCD TV for my son's room. I found out that 32" is too large and 22" is too small.
I'm looking for something at 26" but the price is over 1K. I rather get a 32" for that instead. But then I go back to square 1, is too large for my son's room. Any idea u all? Where can I get a 26" and price not too near to a 32" one? |

well, I tried that.. yeah I dont need a TV tuner, but these LCD monitors come with only 1 HDMI and no other input... sucks...
Maybe I have not search enough.. ha ha ha |

DVD, Bluray, PS2 and coming soon Xbox360. I think I just wait. I heard that next year LCD TV price will drop even more. I'm not in a rush anyway.
