I just bought the r501.. wicked sound.. setup was extremely easy..

but....

I have a problem and I dont know you guys experiencing the same thing or not.

My front left speaker doesnt seem to work.. I have switched speakers and cables.. still the same.. played with everything and all I get is my center and two rear speakers replacing my left speaker but my left speaker remains quiet.. reset everything back and try again but this time the left speaker has a very soft volume.. I tried balancing out and puting it max to my left speaker only.. can.. but very soft.. however my right front has no sound..

anyone can help? kinda heavy to bring back to the shop to claim warranty or test it.. 14kg!
