hi all, i dunno if any of you out there facing the problem as mine..i cant turn the volume on...i guess my remote hangkang la.. so any guideline? anywhere that i can find a replacement for my remote? coz the IR remote is the master of this..i cant see any reset button..the only problem is..my remote cant raise the volume..but the rest of the button is still working..how ah? can anyone out there help pls?

hi folks, just bought a 2nd hand R501 MKII from a forumer here,

there is no manual nor box, so i am just wondering if it is hard to setup or anything i should take note or any DOs and DONTs.

well, i was looking for 5.1 for sometime after switching back to 2.1 before this. and there was one day while i am at the front page, i saw the seller posted the thread, without hesitation, i arranged COD with him

i am thinking to buy a longer wire for the rear speaker so i can hook them up on the wall.
for front speaker do you guys think it is a good idea to hook it up as well?

how about the wire, any sleeving we can do to it? coz the red black wire does not look really tht nice

I wanna ask, I'm trying to buy the R501 here in penang, but the shop has to order it for me. So i told him that i want the MK2 series. Then he called his supplier and told me that they have the R501 but not sure whether it's MK2....to get the MK2 he needs to dig around and will take longer.

So, can i assume that all R501s now MK2? are they still producing the tweeterless versions?

All the R501 in the market now are MK2 version.
The diff between the MK1 & MK2 r the MK2 sat is 2 way mean got tweeter and mid range.

I see...where can i get r501 in penang?

U can try to source it fr Prestine Wireless Tech or E-Life.

damn... my R501 gonna die.... loud buzzing sound... even cabut all cable (xcept power cable) the sound still there... maybe some board problem...

it's just my front center speaker doesn't has sound comes out =.="
