malaysia gonna banned anime, manga and figurines?

I was reading this from a blog and one sentence from this blog articles catches my attention.. QUOTE Dolls, figurines, illustrations and sex aids which portray human genitals may not be published, along with pictures of anyone in suggestive poses, or who is semi-nude or wears skimpy clothing. This blog claims that this is one of the new regulation that the home ministry try to enforce on all media outlets in malaysia... i think its fake because the gomen just announce they gonna invest a lot in multimedia, banning everything gonna drive away potential investors....
