I know these stuff cause I just opened an account last month

I went to register pin and handphone number for internet and phone banking at the ATM (Maybank branch)..to my surprise, after queuing for so long at the ATM machine, there was no this option!
After i went back, I read the intructions in the Maybank2U web, they said only use ATM with 'Kawan ku' writing on it. So, I went there again and sure enough, the options were there.
