Last week i bought a present from Toronto, USA.
It used Canada Post to deliver the package for me.
But he says it will took about a week.
I have waited a week and i think i am confused with the shipping statue.
It did not said the package sent out.
This is the package i tracking.
Anyone could give me a guide or help?
What should i do if they show me these status?
Keep on waiting or what?

'If' you use " EMS " in this shipment,i'm sure would be faster. ( 4~7 Working days )
And EMS can trace and track at Poslaju web-site .

And please bare in mind, X’mas season approaching, the demand for postal services is skyrocketing.
Your delivery time of goods may be extended hor. . . just my 2cents

It's Express Mail Service, & EMS can trace & track from the country you order until here ( Very Detail )..

If you just use a Normal Registered Mail,( You only can track the Country Post Web only - Only till when it's depart)

then what you should do is call this KLIA Mail Service 03-8787 1122 cause
every single registered mail number from Oversea ,they will change to local number RxxxxxxxxMY when it's reached KLIA.

the picture i attrach above are they consider as EMS?
I din receive any Malaysia Code yet, just got canada's express.
What should i do?

I can't judge from the print screen whether it's EMS ,cause the tracking number is not shown ..

or you can try to call Pos Malaysia Help Line 1-300-300-300 for fast info. instead of waiting them to update at the web .

see whether you can track and got any info. of the parcel at Poslaju or not ?

If yes, then you no need to call KLIA for getting a New Local Registered Number

I tracked , thats the latest information, just left Canada.
Means i still have to wait??

Yeap,& re-track it say on Tuesday evening ..

If you can track it at Poslaju ,i 'think' & Very High Chances your parcel can reach 'Your Hand' before X'mas ..
(But,if there is any Tax need to declare ,that's another story liao hor )

I think anycode starts with EE should be Express post. Since mine as start with EE end with CA

Yes,it start at EE or just wait another two days more... Mostly,Ems is fast ,may be cause of X’mas season

one more problem, the addresss shown are different with the excatly 1.
Which have no house number and which jalan. how?
I post the whole address to them but i search just now just half address.

if you are worry the Sender wrongly wrote your address or address not complete , just ask the seller to scan and email the mailing slip to you will do...
