My cousin just bought casa 1 for about 280k a few months ago....

The upward-pressure in prices due to some highly-anticipated events:
- 2010 will be year of recovery and property boom (even with RPGT),
- the SS2 Mall which is nearing completion - lotsa food and good tenants,
- Five Stones Phase 2 launched after the very successful Phase 1,
- the completion of Tropicana Suites and Offices wich will be Dijaya's new hq,
- launch of Glomac Damansara condos at very high price,
- TA Group's Stockbroking Division plans to move its KL HQ to Wisma Dijaya opposite Damansara Intan,
- the completion of a new ramp to connect LDP,
- a new access road will be built to connect Sprint Highway behind Five Stones

Anyway there will be Casa 3 and Five Stones Phase 2 very soon.

Giza mall also opened recently, albeit a soft opening just across casa 1. The prices of prop in Kota damansara is also pushed up by the rapid commercial developments in the strand dataran sunway and new offices in nearby mutiara damansara and bu

every where property price also shoot up last few months especially past 6 months. but casa shoot up really high..

For that price..doesn't really feel worth it. It's quite old also the condo

There is not much view due to the buildings so close to each other. I've been there before, it gives a kind of trapped feeling

There are many projects coming up n 2010 around Mutiara Damansara-Damansara Perdana-Kota Damansara corridor.

But pricing is incredibly high ared. I guess any good property in PJ if buy earlier will be cheaper than buy later.

Was wonder the traffic there after all this project up, unless they build up new road to access that area...
